Donnie returned home from his 8th deployment today!!!! The date changed a few times again, so I decided not to tell the boys again and bring him home to surprise them. The little two were jumping up and down squealing... but Sky has been able to make the connection, no fooling him anymore. He has learned Mom + new sundress = DAD'S COMING HOME!!!! =)

Donnie's sister, Ursula, came down from Atlanta to welcome him home... he was SOOOO surprised!! I didn't get any photos, we had such a great time welcoming him home... these came from Ursula.

Rock Sliding At Flat Rock Park

Flat Rock Park is another one of our favorite spots to go play. Sky's best friend, Shayn, came with us... it was his first time there and he had a ton of fun. It had been raining so the water was pretty high and it was SO beautiful outside today!

This photo looks posed, but I just caught Sky in deep thought... either that or caught him looking at all the cute teenage girls who were there too. Haha!

The water felt so good, it was nice and cool.

That evening, after we got back home, we had a cookout with several of our friends. It was a long, fun, busy day!!!
