Today was the God Bless Fort Benning festival. It started with a 5k and 10k run. The last one I did was in April and I haven't been running much, but thought it'd be fun to do it with Donnie... even though it was only 19 degrees this morning!
Unfortunately, Kaleb had a fever yesterday. I took him to the doctor and found out he has ear infections in both ears. When he woke up this morning, his fever was back up and he threw up all over the kitchen floor. So Donnie had to bare the cold this morning without me.
And it turns out... he didn't do too shabby, getting 1st place in his age group with a time of 18:45!!!! Not too bad with all of the weight lifting he has been doing lately! Wahoo... way to go, babe!!
